"Chris and his assistant did an excellent job of explaining the situation and options for repairing or replacing our hot water heater. In the end we chose to replace it and they were able to secure a new unit and install it within 3 hours. "Jaime showed up, examined what needed to be done and understood the problem right away. We discussed the options and then he was ready to go with no need for supervision. He did an EXCELLENT job. I had various drywall issues from an old house including wall separation from the ceiling, large ceiling cracks and lifting up of existing drywall. Plus some caulking needs in one room without disrupting the wallpaper. Jaime did everything on time and on budget. Great to work with. I recommend him highly!
