Nick came to the house, gave a detailed plan. He utilized his extensive knowledge of air flow and housing structure, relying on his experience as a fire fighter. His plan was logical and straight forward. The crew, Ben, Mike, and Andrew, were very professional and courteous. They wore booties in the upstairs areas. These men worked tirelessly for four days. They made sure every area was insulated. Everything was covered and taped. All garbage was disposed of and taken away. Questions that I had during the process were handled kindly. They took the time to explain the how's and why's. We are very pleased with the results and are almost looking forward to winter. Almost. I fully endorse these products and people. Well done men!

The work was done well and on schedule. Working with Nick and Ben was a pleasure. They were easy to communicate with and always listened to and addressed my concerns. The crew always cleaned up at the end of the day, often leaving the house cleaner than when they started!

I just had all my walls insulated from the exterior. Normally I’ve had my thermostat @ 70-72* in these colder temps, I have a bungalow & seems like nothing is heating evenly. I’m happy to report my thermostat is @ 64-65*!!!!!! Huge difference already in a couple of days. I’ve had this company insulate on my second floor attic space, basement, around my chimney & could not be happier Icalled them back for the walls. The noise outside and the cold temps was finally getting to me. They do an amazing job, left my house clean & pride in their work shows. I sell real estate, I see all day long the most common damage to a roof/water leakage/heat loss/mold in attics due to lack of insulation, not properly vented attics, bath fans pumping into attics, damp crawl spaces & the list goes on. These guys handle it all. I highly recommend EST Insulation for your consideration, they not only do a fabulous job AND they educate you as WHY they are doing it. They won’t bandaid a problem and in the customer service business myself I can appreciate that.

Excellent! We had our fan installed 3 years ago and Ben came right out because water was dripping from our fan. He inspected our attic and roof and everything was sealed. The high winds and rain caused water to get in the cap while the fan was on. Ben came out on a Sunday and didn’t charge us anything for his service. I love this company and would recommend them to everyone!

He couldn't do his job until the foundation work we were dancing with got done. Ben stuck with us through a full 11-month dance to get foundation work handled (including the foundation folks delays). Ben was 1000x's better to work with than the foundation guys and still way better than the other encapsulation company we had explored. It wasn't the most exciting thing to spend that kind of money on...BUT!!!!!!!!!!! It WAS one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with the trades as we've had various folks working on our home through the years. Ben AND his teammates were professional and very comfortable to work with. He did work with me on the extent of his involvement. Meaning he did allow me to get a little of the work he would have been doing and saved me a few bucks. I kinda wished it wasn't the price that it was, BUT!!!!!!!! The value for the money spent was HUGE!!!!!!!!!! I can only imagine how warm and comfy our house will be this coming winter with the insluation (encapsulation) work he did. I can already say how nice it is to have eliminated any scent of a dirt crawlspace and anything that went with that. Wished we had done this sooner!!!!!!!!! AND! Wish more contractors could be as simple and pleasant and honest as Ben and his team!!!!!! Thank you Ben & Co.!!!!!!!!!!

Process was seamless. The work was great.

The work took five days and included a split attic and a crawl space. EST arrived each day on schedule and worked all the way through.each They were very professional and the quality of work is very high. They took great care to clean up each day and leave our house clean. This was hard to accomplish because they removed all the old insulation from our home. They listened to my wife’s concerns and made sure the new attic platform was large enough to hold our storage boxes.

They went above and beyond our expectations with respect to execution, cleanup and follow up. Bonus: We never dreamed a properly insulated attic could look so good. Nick spoke with me on the phone and explained the ins and outs of insulation. He explained the difference between cellulose and foam. With his expertise, and his thorough quote, we felt very comfortable hiring EST for the job. We were able to schedule quickly. Neither my husband nor I was able to be home when the crew arrived on the first day, so Nick took a picture of his vehicle in the driveway and messaged me as soon as they were on the property. The first day the crew was to work was raining. They completed the work inside in the basement first. They completely cleaned up after themselves and left very little mess (just a bit of dust that was only felt because of bare feet). The second day they came back to complete the outdoor work. Although I was at work as they were at my home, I would never have known that they had been at my home. Unfortunately for them, they were not able to complete the job the second day. We scheduled a third day for them to return, and even though we were having a family gathering at our house, they came, completed the work, and completely cleaned up before our company arrived. Nick, Ben, and the rest of the crew were incredibly professional, friendly, and completed the job well. We would recommend EST Insulation to anyone planning to insulate their homes!

Nick, Ben, and Mike were all very professional and responsive to our needs. The price is extremely competitive and their workmanship is superb. These guys know what they are doing without a doubt. Unforeseen issues are handled professionally and courteously. My partner is extremely hard to please and very picky about how things are done. Needless to say, she has been very pleased with the outcome. These guys are not only professional but very down to earth and understanding. They know how frustrating this kind of thing can be for the homeowners and they walk you through with kindness and a wealth of knowledge to make it that much easier. Nick and his crew do a great job. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. They explained the entire process and updated us throughout the day on how things were going. It's a messy job but they left our house cleaner than before they started. We will definitely be using them when we decide to insulate the rest of the house.
