    We love The House Doctors and use them whenever we have a home improvement project to do. Mike, the owner, is extremely responsive and really cares about the work his team does. Darrell handled the painting for all of the projects (he had done our front porch earlier, so we had confidence in his professionalism and work). We also had a large hole in the ceiling of a closet that they repaired superbly. It's like the hole didn't exist. Oh, and they installed a ceiling fan in our master bedroom with skill and ease. We can't say enough good things about the way House Doctors handles its business, and we have recommended them to friends. We recommend them to you as well

    Home Exteriors was the first of many contractors we received quotes from. Initially we were unsure about the quote we received from home exterior. We weren’t even thinking that the wood deck needed to be replaced due to the mold. But Gary spelled out why, the quote, and their philosophy. They are very responsive and called us back to check how our quotes were going and if we had questions. Then the parade of sheisters came and went. From roofers to window companys (their the worst) giving us their quotes. Prices reaching as high as 15k over HE quote. Some recommended keeping the wood deck and they would use a spray for the wood (not a quality job). But Gary advised against putting new shingles on compromised wood and he was right. So we went with them and they kept their quoted amount, did a high quality job, kept the timeline, thorough clean up, windows were nicely installed and all of their workers were great! This is a really great contractor, don’t waste your time and money with anyone else

    Contract was signed in Feb but by April it was apparent that our materials would not be available. New materials were selected in May and work started mid-June and was completed within 1 week. Mike F and crew were very professional, skilled and friendly. They were open to suggestions and were very diligent to get the job done. Cleanup was very good with all demo and extra materials removed. Deck looks great and should last a very long time

    So many contractors out there... Sooooooo few good ones! Coming from a family of contractors, I generally hiring the actual individual who's doing the specific job. However, I am so happy I hired Home Exteriors to handle everything on my rental for me! Gary came out to give me the estimate for my complete exterior makeover and I was immediately 'smitten' by his professionalism! Being a big project, I actually met with 5 contractors this time. For the "price contentious" people out there, one estimate was considerably less, another a few hundred less, one was slightly higher and the 5th much higher. Strange but true. I chose to go with Home Exteriors because of his professionalism, his taking the time to actually care and make 'very helpful' suggestions and because of their quality of work as mentioned in their reviews. The work I had done was a complete tear off and new roof, new vinyl siding, with shake and nice accent trim, (which we went over together a few times and he helped me), new gutters and glass block windows. They had a different team of workers for each of the projects which I found to be best. All did excellent work in a timely manner. He also did a great job of getting rid of so many 'unnecessary' electrical wires hanging everywhere from all the different tenants thru the years. My only concern was the gutter guys he used didn't 'take the initiative' to finish off a downspout that was left open hanging towards the driveway with a sharp edge. That surprised me. I called Gary and he sent someone over there immediately! I highly recommend them. I'm still doing my happy dance! 10 stars out of 5!     Neubert Painters did a great job with our kitchen cabinets. We had painted the walls as a quarantine activity and did some miscellaneous updates. That made the cabinets look even older and dirtier. We had Neubert come in and paint the cabinents two colors, green on bottom and white on top (my daughters talked me into that). I cannot be happier with the results. The quality of the paint job was amazing. With the paint sprayer, the finish is so smooth. I could not have done anything on my own that would be to this quality. The technician was great to work with. He kept us informed on every step of the way, so we always knew what to expect. I found Neubert from the internet and saw many positive reviews. After our experience, I am happy to join the group and let others know about our positive experience

    I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Once we realized that that our ice dams on the roof were causing water intrusion in the house...we had to get on the mission fast. It was Saturday - I wasn't sure if I would be able to find anyone to answer my call - let alone be available to do my job. To my surprise and pleasure - Calvin not only answered the phone immediately - but said that he would fit me into his growing schedule for the day. Which was very important to me as the next day (Sunday) was supposed to be much warmer and a great deal of melting was to be expected. Calvin came through on his promise and got to us later in the afternoon. He assessed the problem (multiple points on the roof were a risk)...and got to it. They chipped away at all the "rivers" of ice, removed icicles and put a great deal of ice melt on the roof to continue to do its work after they were finished. With the sun and warmer temps today the ice melt is working like a charm - and we no longer have water coming into the house. What a relief! I would not hesitate to hire Calvin again or recommend him to anyone. He even followed up today (Sunday) to make sure that all is well. He's a keeper - and has earned a spot in my phone's contact list
