  It could not have been a better experience, Paul spent a great deal of time talking to us about what we wanted in our new kitchen and helped us with the cabinet selection and ordering, He and his crew of CJ and Derek offered excellent suggestions and opinions along the way, Their attention to detail was impressive and quite uncommon in today’s world.   <p>At the Cleveland Flower Show, I found many window people selling replacement windows.&nbsp; I invited almost all of the company representatives to my home for an estimated cost.&nbsp; Being a widow, I was nervous about this project since I know nothing about windows.&nbsp; I chose Joyce Factory Direct mainly because they are a family business.&nbsp; They make their own windows and have been in business for many years.&nbsp; I asked for a Certificate of Insurance before installation and promptly got one.&nbsp; The office girls were&nbsp;friendly and polite.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>The Joyce Window installation team was absolutely wonderful!&nbsp; There was no reason to worry.&nbsp; Two fellas named Matt and Corey were the installers.&nbsp; They spent a whole day removing the old casement windows and installed the new slider windows.&nbsp; I could not have asked for a better team to install these windows.&nbsp; They explained what they were going to do, put down large painting covers and installed the windows.&nbsp; In addition, they "capped" my two front picture windows.&nbsp;&nbsp;The picture windows needed&nbsp;sanding and painting very bad.&nbsp; I hate to paint!!&nbsp; On the outside, my home now&nbsp;looks beautiful.&nbsp; When Matt and Corey were done with the installation and capping, they explained how to work&nbsp;the new windows.&nbsp; They also did a total clean-up.&nbsp; You would never know I had windows installed that day.&nbsp; There was not a speck of dirt or dust when they left.&nbsp; They also did me the favor of taking the old windows away.&nbsp; I cannot praise these two men (Matt &amp; Corey) enough for the excellent job they did!&nbsp; </p> <p>Would I recommend Joyce Factory Direct?&nbsp; Yes, indeed!&nbsp; They were fast, efficient, and arrived on the date given.&nbsp; No problems.&nbsp; The most important&nbsp;thing is they measure and make the windows at their factory in Berea, OH.&nbsp; No&nbsp;outside contractor is involved.&nbsp; Great job!!&nbsp; </p> <p><br></p

He painted the foundation of my house and went then extra mile to ensure my siding stayed clean and even pulled back the dirt at the base of the house to ensure the paint covered as much of the foundation as possible.
