Arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. Also, there was a large sheet of blue plastic stuck in the upper branches of one of our 30ft. Austrian pines and one of the workers climbed the tree and removed the sheet. The worker did this without being asked.

THE TECH THAT WAS HERE WAS KNOWLEGABLE AND INFORMATIVE BUT WASN'T ABLE TO RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM BECAUSE OF OUR LARGE OAK TREES. I THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE FOR A PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED.
