"Hired them 9/6/2025. They sent out a third party to measure the home. That third party never provided Evolution the measurements. Evolution sent out another third party and they measured the house at something like 2,400 sq ft. We were provided a draft of the house and almost all the measurements were off. We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!"

"My pro, whose name is Israel, gave me absolutely the best handyman help and experience! I hired him through Angi to replace my front window screen, and he so was honest in his evaluation of what could or couldn't be done. In my case, the window screen was bent & will have to be replaced by the manufacturer. He didn't try to sell me on something that wouldn't work. He therefore did not charge me, even though he had driven a long way to get here. This was a morning appointment and I had no cash on me, so he even turned down a tip!! I will hire him in the near future to paint my living room and for other projects as needed. My search for a great handyman is over!! I highly recommend him for his prompt, caring professionalism and just being a decent human being. I've already recommended him to my neighbors and plan to do so at work as well.
