When you call for assistance with your project, I am the person you will talk to on the telephone, I am the person that will quote your project and I am the person that will perform the work. "Due to our home warranty, we were saddled with this company. They have come out to fix the same issue twice now and apparently it was never fixed accurately. I came home yesterday and the same hose they claimed to have “fixed” had leaked enough to drip to my first floor causing water damage. When I called to report the issue, the woman was very rude and put off that I would call in with a complaint. She asked why I didn’t check the technicians work to make sure it was done correctly. Well, seeing as how I’m not a certified plumber, how am I to know the ins and outs of what he did? She then told me, “clearly, you know nothing about plumbing.” Instead of offering to send someone out to fix their mistake, she said “what do you expect us to do?” A legitimate company would apologize and send someone immediately. Instead, she continued to put the solution back on me. That $60 copay through my home warranty will now cost me thousands to repair in water damage. Steer clear of this company!"
