"I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. The owner was respectful and promptly had two men at my house within a couple of hours. Trysten and Ben did an outstanding job removing damaged property and removing the water from my basement. They were friendly, very thorough cleaning, setting up drying protocols and, when they returned 3 days later, carefully inspected all areas for dampness and documenting their work.
