The basement drain was not able to handle anything and was virtually clogged. He came and did an emergency snaking job on the basement drain. He got the drain open, but because of insurance reasons we could not use him for the repair. I had two experiences with him in 2015. He was prompt and returned my calls within an hour. He listened when I explained what was going on. I was out of town and coordinated with him the details of doing the work at my tenant's property. He got back to me with the diagnose in rough plumber's language. His communication style was very good. He had the snake with him when he came and looked at the leak. He drained the water away until I could get a different plumber to come and take care of the water situation. I don't think the price was bad considering it was an emergency situation.
