"Does a good job of removing stains on the flooring but left a lot of debris left by the rug scrubber on both carpet and linoleum. I had to clean up by vacuuming the floors. After vacuuming the carpets and moping the floors they look great now"
"Brian and Jeff did an awesome job on my floors. They were able to seamlessly match the old flooring with the new flooring, and were very helpful in recommending a stain that would blend well between the old and new and that would hide some of the imperfections of the old. I'd definitely use Select Grade again and would recommend them to anyone."
"John picked up the three room sized wool rugs that I wanted cleaned. He explained the process they use for natural fibers since I was having three wool rugs cleaned - two of the rugs were modern oriental rugs and one was a modern block-color rug. He gave me an estimated time for completion and said he'd call when the rugs were completed and ready for delivery. I was not in a rush to receive the rugs and told him so (my floors were being refinished). He called about two weeks later to set up a drop-off time. The timing was perfect and the rugs look beautifully clean! I plan to use this company again when I'm ready to have rugs cleaned. Pricing was reasonable and they pick up and drop off the rugs so I didn't have to figure out how to transport heavy rugs that are 9' x 12'"
"I removed old carpet and padding from the living and dining rooms. The hardwood flooring had beautiful grain and character, but also a lot of damage. Some of the wood grain was raised and there were a lot of stains, some of which were black. I thought it might be a lost cause, but contacted Teppo Interiors through Angie's List for an opinion on refinishing and an estimate. Kevin Teppo described the process and what results I could realistically expect. It wasn't a lost cause, but it would not be like new either. He was more optimistic about the results than I. He pointed out the crack in the ceiling and that there was no quarter-round on the woodwork, both of which his crew could take care of. There was no pressure to sign or up-selling. I appreciated that. They were able to start on the job earlier than expected, which was perfect. I removed everything from both rooms. Evening before sanding: They taped and plastered the ceiling crack. I applied two coats of paint. That was not expected of me but I had the time. It was one less thing for them to do the next morning. Day 1: Three man crew arrived on time, sanded the floors and applied the walnut stain. I was warned about the fumes, so I boarded my dog for this time frame. The doorways were sealed with plastic to keep the fumes contained as well as possible. Day 2-4: Sanding and a coat of polyurethane, 3 coats total. The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and polite. Day 5: Quarter-round was installed. They moved the dining room table and TV stand back into the rooms. Job complete.
"We had a flood due to a water supply line break in our under our kitchen sink. The cabinet under our sink, as well as our hardwood floors were extremely wet due to the amount of water that gushed out of the burst lines. Additionally, our basement was also affected (it was raining through the ceiling) and the ceiling and floor tiles were ruined. Puro Clean came out that day, inspected the damage and brought in the equipment the next morning. We were very happy with the professionalism of the Puro Clean staff and are confident our home is sufficiently dry to make repairs to affected areas. We cannot comment yet on the price as we have not received a bill yet."
"It needed to be cleaned down, sanitized, and etc. I called another company and they were incredibly rude. They were amazing, incredibly reasonable, and scrubbed down the walls. They bleached them and did all they could do."

Like any other type of flooring, you will need to keep up with regular maintenance on your epoxy floors to keep them in the best shape possible; however, it is not like hardwood floors inside a house, which require special care and more consistent maintenance.
Just make sure you use the right cleaning tools and solutions. Avoid using harsh tools like scrub brushes or hard-bristled brooms. You should also skip cleaners that are highly acidic, including white vinegar.

While every professional home cleaner will have their own preference, most will use a commercial floor cleaner specifically manufactured for laminate floors. They will also use a vacuum or microfiber cloth to remove loose grit before breaking out the mop. Some cleaners will also make a final pass with a dry and clean cloth to dry your laminate floors for a smooth shine.
Cleaning floors is a relatively easy DIY job, but paying for a professional cleaning service is worthwhile if you don’t have the time to dedicate to cleaning or if you have particularly dirty floors, deep-set stains, or wooden floors that you might damage during the cleaning process. A professional house cleaner will have the tools and experience necessary to remove dirt, pet hair, debris, and even stains and discoloration from your floors without damaging them. The service is also relatively affordable, making it a great investment if you don’t have the time or tools to do it yourself.
