My backyard was so uneven that my kids could not safely run without stepping into holes due to neglect by previous owners. Matt removed a shed and gazebo and disposed of it. He was flexible with a last minute tree removal and halted the project to accommodate our schedule. We no longer have water issues, even landscape, and a great looking new lawn. Matt is very professional and a great communicator. He has followed up with us multiple times, overseeded, and fertilized. He even gave us free mulch that was unexpected. I would highly recommend Matt's services."

They did not fully prime the wood and applied one incomplete coat of stain. The contract stated they would apply two coats of stain. There were numerous areas untouched by any stain, leaving plain wood in view. They stained over leaves and debris, which caused it to start peeling in many areas. The crew did not leave the leftover stain (that we paid for) behind for any touch-up work. If we could rate a zero, we would."
