Hi! I am a chemical engineer specializing in industrial utilities by trade who enjoys fixing and building things in my free time. I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). "We had decided to get a new furnace and the furnace company recommended a cleaning by Hi Tech prior to installation. Hi Tech was very clear as to  price and procedures on the phone- they charge a starting price plus a per-duct charge past a certain number.  The total cost ended up as $500.

The 2 workers were on-time, courteous, pleasant, and very professional. They worked non-stop for over 3 hours, hooking up their equipment to every duct and vent in the house as well as cleaning out the old furnace itself. After living in the house for 18 years and having cats, it's embarassing how much cat fur and litter  they pulled out- not to mention the tennis balls???

Whne they were done, they replaced everything and cleaned up. The house smells better and the furnace is noticeably quieter (we haven't installed the new one yet).   We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone."

"Flow Rite was out to install a completely new shower back in February time frame. As of mid October we noticed that the shower head was leaking before we even pulled the pin to turn the shower on. They came back out to investigate their work from February and decided the shower valve wasnt working properly. They replaced the valve at no charge since we had just bought one in February from them. 
They have been great to work with each time we have had to use them and would definitely use them again in the future.

"Last winter our old furnace wasn't working properly. Called Hauser and they came to our house within 2 hrs as furnce not working and very cold. Heat exchanger bad in an old furnace. Got quotes on 3 different furnaces that night and it was installed the very next morning! Since installation their service has been 5 star. Highly recommend Hauser Heating & Air."

"I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."
