Hi! I am a chemical engineer specializing in industrial utilities by trade who enjoys fixing and building things in my free time. I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). I can install new appliances, but might need help lifting and setting the appliance (I do not dispose of old appliances). "Flow Rite was out to install a completely new shower back in February time frame. As of mid October we noticed that the shower head was leaking before we even pulled the pin to turn the shower on. They came back out to investigate their work from February and decided the shower valve wasnt working properly. They replaced the valve at no charge since we had just bought one in February from them. 
They have been great to work with each time we have had to use them and would definitely use them again in the future.

"I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."
