This went on for a couple of months. I saw this company advertised on HomeAdvisor, called them one day, and they were here the next day. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a fair price. They had time left before Jim Cole, the mgr. returned to do a final inspection.. In that time they repaired my front screen door for no extra charge. If you are looking for reliability and professionally completed work, you could do no better than to hire this company. I will hire them again if needed and highly recommend them."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "There was, as I said, confusion about the franchise area. I had called and gotten a quote from Todd's outfit and didn't want to change to someone else just because of a boundry issue. Fortunately, they worked it out. Todd and another fella arrived as promised, checked out the problem and got right to work. They tightened a fitting that my brother swore he had checked repeatedly, installed two shut off valves and cleared two drains. One drain, in the bathroom, apparently leads to improperly installed pipes. The quote to repair was well beyond what I can afford right now. I'll deal with it. They did a great job on everything, explaining as they went. Because there were two of them, the work was completed quickly."
