Don Johnson the store manager gave us a lot of good information, we took samples home and ordered our carpet. The service was as explained to us, no surprises. The carpet arrived at their store when they said it would, we set up an installation date, the installers arrived on time and worked very hard while they were here for two days. They left our home very clean each day. The installers did an excellent job and we love our new carpet. Dawn another one of the managers made sure we were happy with the work upon completion and if we had any concerns we needed handled. I would recommend IC Floors."
