The rather large critter died, leaving a horrible smell and messed up my duct work. The guys found where the raccoon was, got it out, and repaired everything that was destroyed. Not only did they remove the deceased animal for free, they drove all the way from Leetonia to Howland just to help me, after a long day of work.
