"They were supposed to come between 10-12 but never showed so I called them and they didn't have me on the schedule. They sent someone out a couple hours later and it was ok from there but the guy who cleaned let me know he was inconvenienced for having to drive from Madeira to Mason and back to Colerain. The error had been on their end, not mine, so I felt it was unprofessional of him to complain to me about having to go out of his way."
