They recommended doing the repairs in the spring to adjust the sprinkler heads, replace some heads, adjust some zones and to adjust the duration and frequency in certain zones to achieve a better quality lawn. I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). I can install new appliances, but might need help lifting and setting the appliance (I do not dispose of old appliances). I also can repair kitchen stand mixers such as Kitchen aids (rebuild/regrease).
