From the very first contact, Kris was responsive and quickly came to give us a quote. We scheduled the work and Kris was there exactly when he said he would be each day. The work was completed on time and the quality is excellent. The attention to detail is outstanding and they cleaned up each day when they were done. They even worked the weekend to make sure they would not have to reschedule their next job. They were friendly and professional at all times. I highly recommend Kris and his guys. We will be doing more work soon and we have already discussed this with Kris and plan to have him back. "Tom was hard-working, meticulous, and polite throughout the long process of renovating a section of our basement. Sometimes working with an assistant, he repaired walls that had been damaged by water. He removed a shelf and some unnecessary trim that had been attached to walls, then repaired areas underneath. He scraped and removed paint from existing walls (including several types of wall material -- drywall and exposed stone), woodwork, etc. He cleaned and painted four window well areas which had been covered with years of grime and debris. He carefully painted ceiling, which consisted of many exposed pipes, valves and fixtures, using a dark brown paint in order to camouflage those previously very visible and ugly features.  He repaired drywall in many areas of both rooms. He painted the walls, the trim, the doors, the stairwell, and the stairs."

"We had a flood due to a water supply line break in our under our kitchen sink.  The cabinet under our sink, as well as our hardwood floors were extremely wet due to the amount of water that gushed out of the burst lines.  Additionally, our basement was also affected (it was raining through the ceiling) and the ceiling and floor tiles were ruined.  Puro Clean came out that day, inspected the damage and brought in the equipment the next morning.  We were very happy with the professionalism of the Puro Clean staff and are confident our home is sufficiently dry to make repairs to affected areas.  We cannot comment yet on the price as we have not received a bill yet."

"Mike showed-up on time and got started right away.  He removed the old flex hose that was leaking, which explains why there was a hole in the garage ceiling.  He then installed metal piping and cut a hole on the exterior house wall to vent the new piping.  The original flex hose went to the garage roof soffit and shouldn't have.  The job went well and so far, everything works fine.
