Pipe froze and bust causing water damage in 1st and 2nd floor units. CLI came in and did the Water Mitigation. They demo'd five ceilings and two walls one in each kitchen. They worked in an orderly fashion to minimize dust, and the clean-up was excellent. They put back the ceilings (drywalled). Darrick took time to show me how to install drywall on the ceilings. Good work Great experience. Highly recommend CLI.

Darrick & his crew did an outstanding job in remodeling my basement. Far beyond my expectations. They were very professional, kind, respectful. Even looked out for my safety. Sealed an opening connected with my water heater which could have cause carbon monoxide to leak. Even did extra work @ no cost. I Highly recommend CLI

When a company treats your home like theirs, then you know you have superb professionals. CLI demonstrated such professionalism which was deeply appreciated. The workers arrived on time, worked diligently and neatly, and cleaned up after every workday. They even repaired a small, but important defect without any charge. We were indeed pleased with the excellent work done by CLI, a friendly, personable, and caring company.

I selected CLI Construction to perform a roof repair and was impressed with CLI's responsiveness, openness, and integrity. CLI was on time for their estimate appointment and they made the repairs on the day they quoted. I was not home when work was performed so CLI took it upon themselves create a photo documentary of the steps taken to perform the repair. At the job's conclusion CLI sent me an email stating they were done and included 11 photos of the job site at various stages of work. The photos put mind at ease as to what was done, and how it was done and of course the final outcome looked great. I felt our negotiated price was fair and the entire transaction couldn't have gone smoother. What more could one want? Based on this transaction, I have other projects I intend to throw CLI's way.

Although the job took longer then expected. Derrick went above and beyond and did extra work as requested by the city. Derrick was up front about all work and cost and did an excellent job. He is very respectful and has excellent customer service skills. Works well with people on a tight budget.

Mr.Fleming is a gentleman and a businessman. He responded quickly to my request. I explained the problem, he set up an appointment to evaluate the situation. Came prepared with a portfolio with his workman's comp and liability coverage. After examining the roof, determined what the best way to address the issue. We agreed upon a price and date. The problem was quickly take care of. Very glad we met and would recommend with confidence.

Workers on time and very professional. Completed work same day. Cleaned up after work was completed. Fixed problems not related to the roof (no charge). Did a fantastic job. I want to give a shout out to Mike, great job on the roof. I will be calling CLI again for my next project. Great company. Keep up the good work Derrick.

Darrick Fleming and his employee were both polite, respectful, and friendly. I was given a price up front and they completed the work right then and there in a timely fashion. The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. The job included repairing a toilet, a faucet, and replacing two water shut off valves. I was happy to find out that CLI Construction is a full-service contractor, and I will be using them for projects in the future.

Derrick and crew were awesomely wonderful. Will certainly call him again for any and all our future home repairs and improvement projects.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of derrick and his staff and they was also very friendly the work that that did was beyond excellent and was finished when promised I also love that derrick recognized that the problem was in more than one area this was a big plus in my decision to hire him because he save me a lot of money by being an excellent contractor and know that similar area should be check, one area I already knew leaked sometimes he was the only contractor that did that and I truly appreciated that. his prices are very reasonable and I very highly recommend CLI Construction

Derrick and his assistant were courteous efficient and very helpful. They came out same day and completed the job. They replaced my siding and also threw in a couple of additional repairs at no cost. I would recommend them for any of your home repair needs!
