My job was the installation of a new hot water tank. I removed and drained the old tank and they not only installed the new tank, but they also removed the old tank without me having to ask them to do that portion of the job. "Sean and his crew went above and beyond when it came to removing an old concrete swimming pool from our property. Sean was very prompt in calling and coming out to give a very reasonable estimate on the demolition of the pool and concrete surrounding deck. He started work on the demo immediately and did a very thorough job of removing the old pool structure and deck - he didn't fill in the old pool because he said it would hold water and our yard would always be spongey - he used a machine to hammer it into pieces and then used his excavator to load his trailer and haul the debris away. Afterwards, the restoration of the yard began. We had an unusually wet spring and it was very very difficult for Sean and his crew to backfill and grade - its impossible to grade mud. Sean went above and beyond bringing in loads of gravel to stabilize the soil so they could backfill the hole. Even though the gravel was much pricier than just using dirt, he never asked to increase his quote."

He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"
