They came out and said that the warranty was void because the machine was unplugged . Once i informed them we had cameras they made another excuse . That was another lie . Then when i addressed the situation the owner then yelled at me accused me of threatening him so he could justify not covering the warranty. You thought i forgot ill never forget ill never stop telling the truth about you . Straight up fraud . Go check BBb look at bad comments to know who they are . "

"There wasn't a clear job understanding given to me on which way I should go with the job, either inside versus outside of the basement walls. They did do the outside walls but didn't acknowledge that the other side (front area) would also have water issues. We had another water leak again, and a lot of water came in the front. They didn't solve my issue, and then they didn't offer a discount to do the inside. They left a muddy mess on the outside of the first job as well, and the steps were also muddy when they put in the beams. I went with competition for the second part."
