replacement windows
+ -1 moreThis company, Hallmark installed windows that did not have the extra foam that we paid for installed in the chambers in 2018. We found the issue and Guardian Windows did replace the windows in 2019 ,but it was the entire house. Twice we had our home a mess from contractors . After the last blizzard in Dec., 2022 the inside of the front windows facing the direction of the storm were frost, frozen inside … Yes, inside. These were DP 55 rated. We would not allow Hallmark back in. Guardian windows did come out and did several things to see if it fixes the issue. Hallmark never checked the original windows and they should have. It’s been a real mess.
Description of Work: Replaced ten windows and a patio door.

+ -1 moreWe are very happy with our new windows ! Jeff and Anthony were very polite , friendly and professional . There were very knowledgeable with the work they preformed . They installed the windows and cleaned up afterwards . They did an excellent job . We are pleased to have meet both of them .We think our Hallmark windows are wonderful . they added a lot to the value of our home and will help to keep our home warm . The attic windows are single pane and were difficult to replace . The bedroom window is a double hung style . The double hung window opens and closes so smoothly . We can not express how happy we are that we choose Hallmark to do the work . We highly recommend them to anyone needing windows replaced at their homes .Michael Hall and Bryan Hall were great to work with when it came to getting our window needs . We wish to thank them again and all their employees at Hallmark Windows for the excellent work they do ! Victor & Mary

+ -1 moreOverall Hallmark did an exceptional job and would recommend them to everyone that is looking for windows.
Description of Work: I had went to the Stark County Fair and filled out info tickets for windows. We just bought a farm house that has 32 windows that needed replaced. Mark(from Hallmark) contacted use within a weeks time and sent up an apptionment to meet with him and go over some different window options. Mark was very though and explained everything we needed to now about the window. (A lot more then I ever new about windows) We have three other estiimates and Hallmark was the cheapest. Other one there very high pressure and wanted me to sign with them the day they were here. Mark left the info that i needed and he made us feel very comfortable about his company. The guys that came out to install the windows where exceptional!!!!!!! Very polite group of gentlemen and did not leave a anything behind. I would do nothing different!!! We went with the vista window that i would recommend to everyone.

Description of Work: We had Hallmark Windows replace 13 windows with grids and wrapped each of in house wrap. I really think that these new windows helped sell our house.
