We sat down together and talked through the different options for the mini-split AC unit I wanted installed in my master bedroom. I had requested estimates from two other companies, but Logan came in a little less expensive and was tied with overall professionalism and quality, least of which was noted by reading through lots of reviews. Tony S and Dan C did my install, which took about 8 hrs including breaks/lunch, etc. Both explained what they were doing at each step, and they asked me throughout if I had any questions.
