"Thought we had gone with a great company for basement foundation work. Tom W the sells guy was honest and amazing. They came out in October 2022 and completed the project in 5 days we had no issues. They took out our old tile and crock and installed new. At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. I would becareful using Seagate-make sure you do your homework!"

At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."
