Customer service and the Installation techs that came out were Absolutely professional and extremely responsive. Not only did they provide the cheapest quote, but they were quick and their work is flawless. They were also the only company that was willing to use our existing medal mounts, and not demand we use new wooden mounts. They came from out of town, made 3 trips to quote, hang awnings, and when we were not happy with the length of 1 window (our fault) they quickly fixed and returned to install within the week at no further charge!!! We also had to reschedule installation due to our painters pushing us out and then again taking forever to finish the job. When we were finally ready they squeezed us into their schedule and were out within a day of my call. I am blown away by their customer service and work. Do not hesitate, they are the real deal."
