"Dave and his crew at Greenbush Professional Services did an exceptional job removing 7 trees and their stumps for me this past fall. Let me repeat exceptional. Yes they were the most expensive. However, they took the time to lay a road of composite material to minimize damage to the yard, cut down large trees next to the home and fence w/o damage, and removed the stumps thoroughly. That later step is what many companies fail to accomplish – which makes it difficult to grow grass afterwards. Once the tree work was done, he and his crew spread top soil and laid sod. Overall the yard looks good – but time will if/how much settling will occur. If you need trees removed and want it done right in a timely manner – give Dave a call."

"This is a terrible company! And her is why: I hired them to to do a lawn care restoration in 2023 and paid in full in advance. In 2024 they continued to show up. I asked what they are doing and they said that I supposed to call the m to cancel the service even tho I have not authorized any continuation of the service. So I called and they said that the service is discontinued, but I owe them $75 for 2024. I refused to pay and asked for a signed contract, some sort of a paper that authorized their visits in 2024. They don't have anything, but sold my so called debt to collectors, and now they try to get a $75+interest from me. And I should say that I have not noticed any positive change to my lawn after they did some spraying in 2023. Stay away from this folks. They are charlatans. In my experience, you can spray over some water and get the same result on your lawn. I'd put a negative amount of stars here if there were an option."

"This company is a RIP OFF....I have been stupid enough to give them a chance for 3 years and they continued to DISAPPOINT!! The techs sit in their trucks clocking time spent on the service as I watch them from my house. They do my front and back yard treatment in LESS than 3 min.!! This summer I called them NUMEROUS times to complain and NO ONE ever returned my calls (at least 5)!! DO NOT waste your money like I did....my lawn looks the worse it has ever looked...thanks to their CRAPPY service."

"This company is very pushy to get you to sign up. After that, it is up to you to make all contact with them. After about 3 weeks I had to reach out to them to schedule. We had wanted all 3 things done at the same time since we have dogs and wanted to get it done at the same time. When they did come out, they did not have the equipment to treat for army worms. Then we had to reschedule for that at a later date. I emailed the company on Oct 18th and explained I was not seeing any new growth in the bare spots. I even loosened the soil with a garden rack the day before they reseeded. They replied to the email and said they would open a free service call ticket to evaluate the reseeding. Guess what...haven't heard a word from them 3 weeks later!"

"The original provider of services was Turfman who retired this year and sold the business to Experigreen. Turfman was great. The gentlemen who services our lawn is Dave and Dave is great. Since Experigreen has taken over I had two issues. First, the continue to charge me sales tax and note on each invoice that it is the Hamilton County tax rate. We live in Clermont County. I advised them of this when they first took over the business from Turfman. They said they would fix it. Most recent invoice still has Hamilton County as the tax rate. Because our zip code covers two counties, it is not intelligent enough to handle different taxing districts in the same zip. They told me they would adjust the amount they charge me, but will not change it to Clermont Count. So Clermont County is NOT getting the tax money for their portion of the state sales tax. In my mind they are thus committing tax fraud. They blew me off on this issue. I did call the State of Ohio Department of Taxation to report this and they said they would open an investigation. Second issue, I should have asked them in advance the cost of grub prevention. Most lawn care companies I talked to charge around the same cost as the regular lawn service applications. Experigreen charged me about $250 for this service. I paid it as I authorized it. I should have asked what the cost was first. Called them and told them no more grub prevention. I will either do it myself or hire another company. I am starting to look for another company now who can charge the correct tax rates and who is more reasonable on pricing grub prevention. Hate to lose Dave, it is not his fault that the new owners are not that concerned about their customers."
