Randy Bockrath Carpet Cleaning

He was the only one who could come on Saturday. That was good. But overall experience is not good. The price was $350 for cleaning the living room and the stairs. That's ridiculous! Other providers estimated the cleaning the same square footage for $100-$125. Even he told me about the $175 over the phone, but once he came he estimated it a lot higher because he realized he is the only one working that day in the area. No wonders  why others were booked a week ahead and he was available.

I had an unfortunate experience one night when I got home from work, my dog had become really sick and soiled in every room of my house.  I was able to clean up the mess but was left with stains in every room.  The next morning I called to many companies and Randy Bockrath Carpet Cleaning answered my call and was able to schedule me on the same day.  Randy was on time, professional and very thorough.  My carpets look like new, he pretreated, treated, sanitized and guaranteed the cleaning and told me I could call if anything resurfaced as it was a huge job to perform.  I will definitely be calling him in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs.  He is not a large company, he made me feel as if I was very important and answered all my questions.  I am new to the area, so it was very nice to find a local company to help on such short notice.

Randy was on-time; however he didn't weat protective booties over work boots.  Service was done in a professional manner.

Excellent. He not only thoroughly cleaned all of the areas (he spent twice as much time as other carpet cleaners that I've used before)  but also instructed me on carpet care tips.

He was great. He came out and he was really honest about what we could do with the carpet. The carpet was in very bad shape. They were really honest about the limitations and what we could expect.

He did an excellent job. He thoroughly cleaned all of the carpets and moved furniture around to get out of the waste spots. He did a nice job. He ended up spending three hours there and I didn't realize it would take that long. He gave us a bill that was a little high, and I called him and he let me know to send the amount we thought would be fair. We thought that that type of service was above and beyond what we expected.

Overall, went well.  The carpet in our new home was fairly new but the color was not what we wanted.  Bockworth did a good job producing the color we wanted.  We were a bit surprised that he required connection to our water supply and electricity to use his equipment, unlike Stanley Steamer.  Unfiltered well water wouldn't be my first choice to use. The only problem we had was that the carpet got too wet and smelled afterwards.  We called Bockworth, and too his credit, came back next day to make it right.  All is well now and carpet dying was a much cheaper solution than replacing nearly new carpet.

Randy, was very prompt and was willing to move a few items (smaller) for me. My carpet looked really good when he finished and I would use him again.
