I was using a store bought spray that wasn’t fully eliminating the problem along with spiders. Ive never found a company that will also spray on the inside, that made a huge difference! Essential pest control came out a few weeks ago and I haven’t seen a bug since! I highly recommend them!"

Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"
