First time 4 days, second time 3.5 days. Marcus was the salesman that gave me an estimate. Camron and Hector were the first team to come out. They did very sloppy work. They rushed it. Ken, the project manager, even said it looked like a bad DIY project. Details and pics are below. I called to complain, they offered me a 10% discount. And they did give me reimbursement for the 3.5 days of pto I had to use for the second round. They said anything more than 10% would void the warrenty of the work. Discount was really bad, especially for the stress. But I either had to take them to court and get my money back or lose out on money then hire a whole new company, or give them a second shot. I went the path of least resistance. They contracted another company to do the work, Canales Construction who did a good job. If"

"This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."
