Restoration 1 of Cincinnati was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs their services. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do I'm definitely calling Ken Sellers team.

They did a fine job. They cut out the affected drywall, ran a filter to clean the room/air of any mold spores, ran a test to verify mold was removed.

They were very responsive, professional and fairly priced I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Restoration 1.

After a sump pump failure, Restoration 1 answered my call on a Sunday and came out as soon as possible. They answered or returned my call quickly anytime I had questions about the process. Excellent customer service and professional, hard working staff!

Better than expected. They walked me through it, would come back daily to check on progress. They moved everything to make sure it was dry everywhere. Great honest people. I spoke to Mike Myers first and he assured me everything would be alright. He came out and look at the problem and had his people out that night fixing it. Great company and people.

Smooth, exceptional response - the event occurred on a holiday evening. Ken and team responded immediately. Follow through on the job over the next couple of days was seamless.

My crew - Tom and Don - were great. They were able to come out to the house within 90 minutes of my initial call about my basement flooding (two other restoration companies said it would be 2-3 days before they could get to me). It was a stressful evening, to say the least. They immediately went to work removing the soaked carpet and padding and brought in several fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. Over the next three days, they stopped in to check on the fans and move them around as need be in order to insure everything was dry. They went above and beyond by helping us install our new sump pump, and even hauled away the wet/damaged couch. I couldn't be happier with the results and their hard work.

This was a very large scale project with many moving parts involving other contractors in which Restoration 1 gave us referrals. Restoration 1 worked very well with us, our insurance company and around the other contractors with the UT most professionalism. They will communicate with your insurance company to make sure everything is done in your best interest and would rate them with a very high standard in their field. The crew was on time, courtesy and kind. There work is above average and we were very satisfied with the completion thanks to Ken Sellers. Customer satisfaction was a priority to him and they will treat you and your home with respect. We would definitely use Ken Sellers of Restoration 1 again and would recommend his company without reservation for mold and water restoration damage.

The work was completed promptly and management came by a few times to check up on the crew who did the work. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were the only company who came out the same day. They were able to take care of our water issues. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They moved furniture, and pulled up the carpet. They removed and hauled away the carpet pad. They removed all the water from the basement. They dried out the entire basement. They sprayed the entire basement to remove any potential mold growth. They also installed our new sump pump for free when our warranty company denied our claim! Highly recommended.

They arrived within a half hour of our call and had equipment in and operating shortly after that. This kept us from having to replace the carpets and walks, because there wasn't time for the water to soak. Blake, the tech, checked the equipment daily & moved it as needed. They kept charts of their readings on the wall which the insurance adjuster really appreciated.

The Restoration 1 team was great. Very thorough in their explanation of the required work and the timeline. They were prompt to every appointment and followed through exactly as promised. Though I dealt with the owner at the proposal stage, the team he sent to perform the work was equally professional and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to a friend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. TRUSTWORTHY. AFFORDABLE. I highly recommend Restoration 1 for water damage. When we found a leak in our kitchen sink, I wanted the water damage fixed well and fixed quickly. Mike came to our house within a couple hours of the first phone call, communicated the process clearly and started the drying process right away. Mike worked with our insurance adjuster to make the process easy and efficient for us. His team was trustworthy, thorough, timely and responsive. They fixed the damage – and any possible damage behind walls – and worked hard to be sure we were comfortable and satisfied with their work. Please feel confident moving ahead with Restoration 1 for any water damage problems!

It went from my perspective very well. They project manager and leaders were professional and courteous. They were very responsive and sensitive to the situation which puts you at ease. The communication was great. They called when they said and would and was punctual with appointments. The follow up communication on the next steps were always provided and conducted to plan. I have used this company twice and the results were the same. I was satisfied.
