Understanding that the fence probably needed replaced, Chris and his team were able to straighten fence out the best that it could be. We also had front gate totally replaced. Chris and his crew, completed the job in one day. This was definitely a plus considering the need for closed in yard due to our dogs. But when we left town for a few days and left the air conditioning on for our cat, we came back to a nightmare. The heat was running at full blast and the house was well over 100°F. It was dangerously hot?this could have killed our cat. This wasn?t a small mistake. It was a serious failure, either in how the system was installed or configured. There was no warning, no alert?just a sealed-up house baking in extreme heat. If you care about the safety of your pets or children, I strongly recommend you do not use Apex for heating and cooling. When I called to report it, they acted like I was an inconvenience. I was told ?someone might call back,? and that was it. No urgency, no concern, no accountability. We trusted Apex with our home?s climate system. What we got was negligence and complet"
