They were very professional, knowledgeable and great attention to detail and great communication throughout the entire project. They cleaned up after work every day, they both are definitely an asset to the company and hard workers that will complete the job to your satisfaction! Hire with complete confidence! If I never need more work done they will be the ones I will hire. My brother looked over the completed job and will calling them to insulate his house. "The salesperson who came out was very nice and professional - however, he did not tell me that I needed to have everything in the basement 3 feet from the walls.  This caused us to scramble on the day of installation and i'm certain that this made it more difficult for the installers as well.  Additionally, no one had warned me of how strong the smell would be initially and I had to scramble a bit to get my very young family out of the house to avoid it and/or off-gassing.  The installers arrived on time and were ready to roll.  They did an excellent job insulating the rim joists and did a pretty good job of cleaning up.  There were some spots where I had to scrape the insulation off of the floor and wall.  Overall, I would recommend them for small jobs such as this.
