"It could not have gone any better.  They were timely and pleasant during the initial consultation.  They provided an estimate which they adhered to.  They kept in touch leading up to the scheduled start date and did NOT ask for a deposit in advance.  The crew showed up on time the first day and every day.  The demo went well.  They worked tirelessly each day.  There were 3 to 4 workers every day and each was polite, appropriate and skilled.  They cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job ahead of schedule.  They had planned on a full 5 days and possibly another half day but finished in 4 and one half days, and for the original amount they quoted from the beginning.  The bathroom was up several flights of stairs.  They did all of the messy work outside, which meant hundreds of trips up and down the steps.  They prepped the floor, meticulously cut and laid the tile, grouted the work and finished the toe moldings.  When they were done they scrubbed down the outdoor work area, vacuumed carpets inside, and left everything in better shape than they found it.  The finished product is beautiful.  We haven't been able to find a single minor defect in any of the work and there was roughly 500 square feet of tile.

So 2 days from purchase to having a Very clean house. They were very professional and emailed me to let me know they were running about a half hour late. "Mr Moyer repaired a hole in a plaster ceiling for us caused by a water leak.  He gave us an accurate estimate and completed the work for that price. The ceiling is plaster and had areas where it was coming away from the lathe.  He was able to salvage much of the plaster and repair the hole using drywall, matching the original texture.  We were extremely happy with the work and the price.  We were so pleased that three weeks later when we had additional water damage to a second ceiling we immediately called him to do this repair.  He had his son and another worker do this job and we were just as happy with their work and the price for this second job.  This repair was a little more extensive and ran $225.00."
