Logan was great! He responded quickly and scheduled same day. He diagnosed the problem and called AEP. He worked with AEP and got the main problem fixed, plus installed additional outlets that were damaged, as well as a surge protector. Everything was fixed in one afternoon, the day before Easter. We are very happy!

My partner and I have recently moved to Columbus, Ohio, and the condo needed some electrical work. I called Ward's Services through angi's list. I told Logan (owner of Ward's Services) what we needed to get done, and started right away fixing our problems. He was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and fixed everything for us! Logan went above and beyond our expectations, and is by far the most skilled licensed electrician that I've ever hired! I would highly recommend Ward's Services to anyone that wants electrical work done! What I appreciated the most was after he finished, he explained what was done clearly and in a manner that I could understand. Logan IS the standard for excellence in his field! Bravo Logan! Fix a ceiling fan that would not work. Gray job and I plan to use him again for other projects.

He was honest. The other company sent by Angie tried to charge 6,000 for work that was not needed. Wards came found the problem and fixed it for 200.00. Definitely will be hiring him again for my next project.

He was an hour and a half late, no call...only got 2 of the 3 fans replaced by 9 pm, so I asked him to leave it was getting late. He charged me the full price...cannot do business like that.
