"Very nice folks, we use them for insect control. We built a new house in a new subdivision, and had a big ant problem. With all the construction going on around us, the ants just wouldn't go away. The guys from Alford come out every three months (costs about $100 every three months - $33 a month if you want to break it down that way) and our ant problem is solved. Typically they treat the outside of our house, no spraying inside, which is good for us and seems to work very well. I would definitely recommend their services. Office staff is very friendly and the guys who come out to the house are polite and respectful."

Once that was confirmed, he sprayed the area wit rodent repellent and sealed the hole for me. "We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"Very friendly tech came to examine our house. He was really late, but this did not matter - lost his way. The cost was way beyond what we are willing to pay for pest control (over $1000) but we do have a fairly problematic carpenter bee problem."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
