He gave me a very thorough report of the house. Which allowed me to negotiate an allowance from the seller to replace the roof. very professional talked with me and showed me things to be aware of long-term.

Very nice. Went over the results with me. I am pleased with the outcome. It was hard to find an inspector during the pandemic and the prices were raised which is absolutely ridiculous but all of the inspectors are charging the same price. I am glad it is done.
