"Do not work with this crew. Ron Miller is extremely unprofessional. He lacks communication (as with another poster on google, there was no heads up when they’d be starting work, they just showed up one day). We were in no rush to have the work completed, but the guys brought in a bobcat to dig the hole for a retaining wall (they said it was too hot to do by hand and that they had too many jobs, so they wanted to go fast). In that process they uprooted three trees (a young hibiscus, and two large arborvitae’s that had only been planted the year before). They also tore up our grass and our neighbors grass. We asked Ron to come out to review what the guys had done and he was full of excuses about being too busy and was very emotional. We only asked that they cover the cost of replacing the trees should they die. The next day one of the crew (Fuji) accosted my wife while she was home alone about the “complaints”. She was very scared by his erratic behavior. Ron was called about this, and said that the man had just come from court and so was probably just stressed. We ended up walking away, paid for all materials, and got another local crew to complete the project. They charged 25% of what Ron Miller was charging us. I’ve never worked with people like this in the past, and hope to never have to again."

"This is a hard pass for me. The first problem was, they did not show up when they were supposed to. I did not get a call. I had to reach out to them. I was informed the workers got behind and was not able to get to my house. Which ultimately that would not be that big of a deal. Except for when I reached out and said I was going to keep searching for somebody because I needed it done sooner. He assured me that they could put me on a Wednesday. The guy seemed nice. The price was fair so I approved the service. In this conversation, I asked for my grass to be cut at the shortest possible. It was not. My guess it was the longest possible setting. They mowed my grass on Friday. I had to borrow my friend?s mower, and mow it myself on Sunday. The grass in my backyard was so long when they were done, I had to go over it twice. The before picture in the photo is immediately after the workers left."

"I hired Green Tree to install a curtain drain and do some minor grading for my backyard and side yards in order to address issues related to standing water in my yard. If I could review them for just the curtain drain, I would say they did a decent job. However, there were several items during the project that were deficient. First, the customer service and communication were really bad. I understand that there has been a hard time finding reliable workers in the industry, but the project was pushed back several times without any notice. I had to continue following up with them not only to begin the project but to also finish the project. Trying to get a hold of someone to provide a straight answer for when they would actually come to do the work I hired them for (or to finish the job) was painstaking. The project not only took multiple days to complete, but I had to continue following up with them on a week-to-week basis to make sure they were coming to finish the job. Second, the grading work was not well done. They drove machinery through my front yard, side yard, and backyard in order to install the curtain drain but when they top dressed afterwards, there were still ruts from the machinery left in the front yard, side yard, and backyard, which obviously messed up the grading. When I asked them to come back and fix the ruts, they top dressed some more but only in the side yard, and it only made it even and no longer pitched away from my house. The front yard still had ruts in it from the machinery that I had to fix myself. Third, the reseeding was very poorly done. As I mentioned previously, I had to follow up with Green Tree several times to make sure they would come back to finish the job. When they first reseeded the yards, they told me that they had run out of straw and seed and would come back the next day to bring more. I had to follow up multiple times about this before they came back. The seeding and mulching with straw was very inconsistent. In some sections, the straw was overly thick and actually prevented the seed from growing, and in other sections, they completely missed putting down straw. I had to reseed many sections, and in fact the portions I reseeded ended up looking better. Not sure if it was their seed, mulch, or top dressing, but wherever I did not reseed had more weeds than grass. Overall, what I will say is that they offered competitive pricing and they did an okay job with installing the curtain drain. But everything else was severely deficient. They did end up crediting back some money for what they failed to do, but frankly, I would not hire them to do another job because of the entire experience."

He kept me informed as to date and time of arrival, was very detailed as to his views of how to proceed, was focused on quality of work. He was very personable and friendly in his interactions with me. I trusted him. I would DEFINITELY hire him again. I found him to be very unusual in the above comments because he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it and his work was impeccable. He's a good guy."

"The owner Bruce Paul installed my sprinkler system over 25 years ago and has winterized it every year since. Although I live over 2 hours away he doesnâ  t charge any extra for travel. He has also done several repairs over the years at either no charge or a very minimal charge. This past year he repaired a ruptured line at no charge. Just a great guy and first class operation always focused on customer service. Would highly recommend him for new or existing service."
