The day of the repair Heath and the guys (John and Nick) showed up on-time and got to work right away. Within the minutes the trench was 6' deep. Within 3 hours they had replaced 13' of pipe, retrieved a broken snake left by the previous service company, back filled the trench, and had cleaned up the work area.
Heath and the guys were very friendly and easily answered all of my questions. It appeared that the three of them had a great rapport with each other and enjoyed their work.

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"Everything went very well. Tommy connected hot and cold water lines and drain to the existing rough out plumbing. He left the area clean and free of debris. It's wonderful having the sink in the basement!"

"Received phone call from main office saying plumber was running a little late, and he should arrive within the hour... ended up he was less than 15 minutes late. He assessed the problem and advised me of what needed to be done and gave me a verbal estimate. The price seemed a little high to me, but I have not needed any type of plumbing for many years so assumed the price was probably in-line within a few dollars either way. Plus, I did not want to deal with getting additional estimates, and he was at my house on a Saturday ready to do the job so I agreed to the price. He brought in a large piece of equipment that he used to clear the blockage all the way out to the sewer. It seemed like it took longer to unload the machine from his truck and get it down the basement steps than it did to clear the blockage. I'm satisfied with the job and would use them again if needed."
