During final walk around found a defective vinyl siding piece and nails showing. They fixed the issue promptly. Clean up complete that day including dumpster and excess material. "From calling Marygrove, to installation, the process couldn't have gone smoother. The sales professional, Alex, came to my home at the precise time he said he would. He measured and answered all questions and concerns. He knows his product and company well. He was quite the gentleman and professional. After several estimates from other awning companies at competitive prices, Alex was the final reason I went with Marygrove. Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions. Weve had the awning for 2 days and are quite happy with it. We will see how it holds up over the next year and then perhaps provide an update!"

They replaced top of deck railing with composite, sealed and painted everything and built new step railing to conform with Dublin City code. I was quoted on Friday, work started on Monday and finished up on Tuesday. Canâ t beat that fast turnaround. I feel that the price was very fair. Would highly recommend them. It was a pleasant experience. Two great guys."

"Initially service was very good. Laying the concrete was a 3 week process. The room structure was installed within 2days. However, the first day the structure was put up and not sealed. That night it rained and water pooled on the concrete and leaked into our house soaking carpet, pad, and subflooring by door leaving a stain. Once the room was completed it continued to have leaks in the roof, ruining our futon mattress. I would call about it and someone would come out the next day. They agreed to pay for carpet cleaning, but no mention of the futon. After the fifth repair, Patio Enclosures told us our home's roof was the cause. We had 3 seperate roofing companies evaluate and tell us it was not the roof. When I called Patio Enclosures to inform them of the report, Patti told me "Unbelievable. I've seen the pictures of your roof. There is no way it is our room!!" On a side note, we had our home's roof replaced due to wind damage 9/15/09. During this time we had issues with the loan issued by their approved bank. The letter attached to check states not to render payment until the services/supplies are delivered and installed to satisfactory condition. The initial loan approval expired 8/1/09, and we still had a leaking room. We re-applied for the loan asking for the same amount. We received a check with the same amount as the first check. While waiting for Patio Enclosures to solve the leaking roof problem, we received a certified letter stating our bill was overdue and if not paided by the following day, they would send it to a collection agency. I tried contacting manager and corporate office, however the call was always transferred to Patty. We gave Patio Enclosure the check issued to us ~9/23/09. Once payment was received, the roof continued to leak and service was downgraded. I called them on 10/2 and it took over 10 days for a call back and someone to come out. The roof continued to leak (the next day), I called again and it took over 2weeks for service. As of today it has not rained to see it this will be the final repair. Our neighbors recommended this company and now apologize weekly for the recommendation."

"I received 4 bids and found Empire was the most competitive. They were very professional in the installation and reset the Master Bedroom window as they felt it was not fit correctly. I really appreciated that as I did not see a problem with it the first time. The Windows are beautiful and I get a lot of compliments from neighbors. I am contemplating a Patio Door system replacement and will definitely contact them first.I would more than highly recommend talking to them if you need new windows.
