He measured and answered all questions and concerns. He knows his product and company well. He was quite the gentleman and professional. Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would.
