"They replaced the condenser unit and tuned up what had to be done. We had just replaced the condenser unit a year before that. But then that didn't work and they had to come out and do some other stuff, replace the thing upstairs and it ended up costing a lot of money. There should have been a warning on it. My husband had passed by in the year, I didn't go get the stuff to find out and they had to come back. I can't fault the guys that finally did it. They really tried to fix my problems and they were like, "Call us and we will immediately come back," and they did. They ended up fixing a lot of other stuff that needed to be done, in addition to what they were called out here for, that they wanted to be sure that it was going to be okay because it was very warm in the house."
