ROB PHIBBS ROOFING

I've been a customer of Rob's for a little over eight years. His company has helped me pack and move two condos in Ohio cleaning out the places making them rent ready. He's done several things for me from painting, pressure washing and various other all around handyman services. He is very reliable, reasonable, personable and I am very happy with his work. I look forward to continue working with him as I move forward. I highly recommend him to all my clients and will absolutely continue to use his services.

It went great, as a matter of fact I have hired him for several other projects. Glass block windows, a garage demolition and a new wall and door. There will be other things I will hire him for additionally.

Update: Have been waiting over a year for the project to be completed. No longer my go to guy , I have to have someone else come I fix. I spent alot of money on the project I trusted him with and if I do not get it fixed soon all for nothing. Extremely disappointed. I've been using him for a couple years now . He's my go-to guy. Right on time. Very reliable. Very thorough. They cleaned up everything.

I have an outstanding court judgment against this company for over $9000.  I have been ripped off.  This have been an on going litigation for a couple of years now and it?s not going anywhere.   

He is not an honest businessman, integrity is lacking.  He took my money and he did not perform the service.  He has not honored the re-payment that he has been ordered, he has several court pay re-payment and he has never followed any of them.  I?m just incurring more money to pursue this and that has not even incurred the money I spent for motions, attending court off work and other stuff.   The debt he has done in my favor but it?s really pointless if I can?t collect it yet.   

He did cut the trees halfway and did not come back.  I will not recommend him.  

The entire crew was very friendly, professional and considerate. They were very efficient on all the work that was done, from the tear down and clean-up to the installation. When I had questions or concerns, they were right there to answer for me. They did a courtesy call to make sure we wer going to be home for the process, and a courtesy call after to make sure we were happy. We have since called them back to do gutter work due to storm damage in March of 2015

went very well. showed up on the time and date that they said they be there. Finished my 2000 sq foot home within one day and was very clean at doing there work. The crew was all the ball and very friendly

Ive been using Rob Phibbs Roofing for the past five years, and the future projects to come. Five years ago he came out and built a fabulous deck in my back yard. He went above and beyond my expectations. The following summer i had him come out and do a repair on my garage. I totally thought that i had to get a new roof, and he went in and fixed the problem. Saving me a ton of money. That was four years ago and not a problem since. Well last month i called him up and decided to get a new roof put on my house. He once again saved me money, gave me an excellent price. Quoted me 1,000 under what another company had quoted me years ago. He got the entire roof and gutters done in a few days. And my house looks wonderful. I am very pleased and will definitely be calling him in the near future to do some more projects for my home.

Took him over 6 months to do a job he promised to do in a month. Did the job wrong twice. When we told him to do the job right, he threatened violence to me and my wife. We have the police records to prove it. He did one small roof job before the bigger one I am talking about here. Had to have another roofer fix the work he did. DO NOT HIRE HIM. NOT ONLY DOES HE NOT DO QUALITY WORK, HE HAS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
