There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. His team completed the addition of a bedroom, bathroom, pantry and breeze way as well as additional concrete work including a parking pad and sidewalks to the front of the house. Scott was very good about making sure the quality of the work met his and our expectations and was done efficiently. Communication was good, and work was done as scheduled, the only delays were due to rainy weather. In addition to the original scope of work, Scott was able to include the installation of flooring and lighting in the original house to the scope."
