"Kris/KMA Home Improvement was great! What I thought would be an easy project turned out to be more than I thought it would but Kris was great. I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. Very happy with Kris and already have plenty more projects in mind to hire him for!!"

He was very personable and professional in our conversation and it was obvious he knew what I needed to have done. The person who actually did the work for him (Matt) was very professional and worked through some very in-climate weather on a few days. He did a great job and always cleaned the area he worked in before he left. He would keep me informed daily of what he was going to do that day and when he expected he would be finished. "3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."
