Brian responded right away and showed up promptly for our appointment. He showed me options and gave his opinion on what he would recommend for us. When the blinds came in he notified us and set up a time to install. He showed up on time, installed the blinds efficiently, cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy with his work. A very pleasant experience - I would hire him again!

Gotcha covered replaced 27 blinds with shades for us. They were very accommodating with the adjustments we made prior to ordering and made a second visit to ensure correct measurements with one of the changes. These new shades are much better equipped to handle the various lighting challenges we face. They are professional , listen and provide what you need, and provide great service within a reasonable timeframe.

Gotcha covered was very easy to work with. I made numerous changes prior to the sale and they were on the spot with exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with the automated integration of the blinds to Alexa. Our house faces west and we purchased the black out blinds. They have been a lifesaver through this winter and we now cannot imagine our r home without them. You will be very pleased with the price and the customer service of Gotcha Covered East Columbus.
