We are a construction company located in Columbus, OH that branches across the state. We specialize in decks, fences, lift gates and numerous exterior projects. Although, we do not stray from any specialized project.

"We are paying on a fence that has been a 7 month project and going. Almost TEN no shows. When they have showed, sometimes they’ve worked until midnight, pounding. The most nonsense business we’ve ever experienced. Multiple mistakes, still waiting on corrections. We have to board our dog every time they say they come and we literally paid for boarding 10 times without them coming, without letting us know. We call and the girl says “I’ll contact the workers and call you back” and never does. It’s become very predictable and extremely frustrating."

The lifespan of a picket fence largely depends on its material. Wooden picket fences typically last 10 to 15 years with regular maintenance, while vinyl and composite picket fences can last 20 to 30 years or more due to their resistance to weather, rot, and pests. If you can’t afford these pricey materials, use thicker two-by-six pressure-treated pine boards or shorten the span the fence boards have to cover by installing more posts.

Because this composite fencing and deck material is made from both wood and plastic, it’s more durable than either alone. It’s so popular for outdoor purposes because it really does stand the test of time. Heavy rain and high heat won’t greatly change its structural integrity; it can last up to 25 years in total with proper care.

When it comes to maintenance, vinyl fencing is your best bet for not having to worry about scratches, repainting, or wear and tear from the weather. Vinyl is a material made of polyvinyl chloride (also known as PVC) that can last for years without requiring repairs or maintenance. It’s also one of the lower-cost fence materials to build with.
