The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that their machine that lays the wire was broken and caused a delay. The people are all great, and I think having the invisible fence is going to improve the quality of my life and my pet's lives.

The individual was polite and friendly but lead us wrong about buying a new unit. We paid him $150 for service call but the dog fence still not fixed. He did verify there was no break in wire so that saved us a lot of time trying to find it. After we did a little internet research, turned out the battery was dead in the dog collar.

Was happy with the estimate process. They arrive as scheduled. Installer wasn't happy with our drive way and we were not inpressed. Collars did not fit and installer did nor have corrrect sizes. They did bring the right collars and fit the dogs, but t was a bit stressful.

We had a great experience with the entire process from the consult to the install to the dog lessons given to make sure our animals are taken care of.
