The vet was sarcastic, it always smelled terrible, and it was very common to have dog feces outside.

He's a country vet and he does horses, so sometimes he's not there. Overall, they are very reasonable and know what they are doing.

They are excellent at the work they do. He is an equine vet that actually does Belgium horses and large animals for the farms. We have Labrador Retrievers, you know, like any farm does and he treat the animals like people. I mean he talks to them and he get right down in their faces and really communicates with them, so we like that kind of relationship with the animals and us too so he kind of personalizes.

We went to Dr. Allen for a few years. The receptionist isn't always the friendliest but does her job well. The techs are always very friendly. Dr. Allen is friendly himself, but doesn't always communicate well what's going on, what could be causing an issue, etc- he just would exam the cat, leave the room for a shot and come back. Extremely affordable and we would've kept going to Dr. Allen, but we moved to Worthington and the drive was just too far.

We were introduced to Dr. Allen's practice through our pet sitter, who is also a client of Dr. Allen's. The office is set back in the middle of a residential area, a modified ranch house and not much to look at, but I'm happy to sacrifice aethetics for the quality of the service! Dr. Allen took one look at our coonhound and was immediately able to identify her skin problem, which three other veterinarians across two different states (all of whom charged 3x what Dr. Allen does) failed to identify. Within one week of medication, I called the office to specifically thank them for giving me my dog back, it was like going back in time 3 years, she obvsiously felt 100% better! Then when our daschund ironically broke some teeth chewing on a dental chew, Dr. Allen was able to see him on short notice the following day, and performed the operation beautifully--our little guy was back up and running shortly thereafter, and we were shocked when we learned how affordable the procedure was. Please consider taking your pet to see him, my only regret is that we didn't learn of him sooner and that he was closer than a 20 minute drive, but we will continue to make the trip!

I have been using him for the past 6 months and he is inexpensive and efficient. I will continue to use this clinic for my pet's health care.

We spent several days researching veterinary clinics to take our kitten to. We are first-time owners and wanted to make sure that she was getting the proper care. We were quoted a very good price and decided to go with Dr. Allen. Though the building does not look state-of-the-art, they seemed friendly. We had to wait to be addressed when we walked in, but after that it was all fine. They took good care of our kitten. We weren't given aftercare instructions until we asked, but she didn't have any problems healing.

We take our dogs to him for annual shots and monthly for treatmenst for an illness. No one beats him on price. The clinic isn't the cleanest, but I'm happy with the care that my dogs receive.

The doctors are very nice and have reasonable prices.
