"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"From start to finish, Dave, Eli, Susan, and Mike were nothing but helpful and professional. Our new kitchen cabinets are truly high quality and gorgeous! They are furniture quality built to our exact specifications. After our initial meeting, Eli came to our house with samples of door designs and wood colors. While we decided what we wanted, he took extensive measurements of our kitchen to ensure that all of our new cabinets would fit exactly. He had suggestions as to how we could improve the layout and functionality of our kitchen. We received drawings to approve and were able to make changes to details like moving the location of the trash, the width of the spice pullout, and where the knife block would be located. "I am very pleased with the service i received! I bought a deal off Angie's List and they called the next day to arrange a housecleaning for the very next day! So 2 days from purchase to having a Very clean house. They were very professional and emailed me to let me know they were running about a half hour late. Arrived promptly after that and got straight to work cleaning the house from top to bottom, after discussing a bit some areas i wanted to have more attention. We have four children and homeschool so a lot of people are home a Lot of the time = the house gets messy Fast. They easily worked around us and we were all pleased with the results. Many areas were cleaned that i do not get to that often such as cabinet doors, inside appliances, dusting ceiling fans etc......The kitchen and bathrooms were given especially detailed attention.
