"The electrical work went well. It was the mess left in my yard that I have a problem with. Also did not caulk around the conduit allowing space for rodents to get in. I have reached out to them several times and have not received a response. They came out as scheduled but it had been raining and they brought out a oversized machine to dig the trench and left my yard a horrible mess. Being new to the neighborhood and not receiving any help from A & J electric I did my best to repair the damage myself and requested compensation to recoup some of the money it cost me and I have been ignored and left hanging with a huge mess. I would not recommend this company unless you can afford to clean up after them."

My backyard was so uneven that my kids could not safely run without stepping into holes due to neglect by previous owners. Matt removed a shed and gazebo and disposed of it. He was flexible with a last minute tree removal and halted the project to accommodate our schedule. We no longer have water issues, even landscape, and a great looking new lawn. Matt is very professional and a great communicator. He has followed up with us multiple times, overseeded, and fertilized. He even gave us free mulch that was unexpected. I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"
